GTA4 Can you ever ride the roller coaster?

Can you ever ride any of the amusement rides in GTA4? In the instruction booklet under the photo of the rollercoaster it says. TOO BAD YOU CANT RIDE IT!

no if you look in the book that comes wit the game it says its 100 years ol its called the screamer

There is a crack so you can ride it.... can't tell you though.
