Tom Morello composed and recorded and played the song specifically for his boss battle in the game.

I don't think it has a name, just "Tom Morello Guitar Battle"

On Xbox and PS, you can download a free Boss Battle Track Pack that allows you to play the Tom Morello song as a normal track (I.E, not when you are playing battle mode)

Tom Morello wrote it just for the game im pretty sure, so i doubt it has a name, but he performed it.
