Ok firstly i posted this not to long ago and messed up the question.

HERE IS THE ORIGINAL QUESTION

Ok i asked a question about the the gun in the link i already own 2 AR-15's. And now i would like to get this gun. And i live in ohio and was wondering would i need a license to buy it because i already own two assault weapons???

How many assault weapon can be bought before a license is needed???

there is no such thing as an "assault weapon." you can own as many firearms as you like as long as those types are legal in your area. AR-15s and the FS2000 are just rifles like any others.

In Ohio, there is no limit on purchases on semi-automatic guns of any type, so long as the gun is for you personally.  You can't sell the guns in a "straw purchase" where you are selling the guns to people who can't legally own them.

An AR15 is not an assualt rifle.... An assault rifle is a fully automatic weapon... An M4 or an M16 that the military has is an assault rifle... Your rifles are sporting rifles, not assault rifles... Take assault rifle out of your vocabulary... If you use that term in your local sportshop or at the gun club you will immediately look like a doofus....

In Ohio you can own as many AR15 rifles as you want with no license required......

First - please stop using the term assault weapon.  Only idiots and dweebs use this term - we own rifles.  We own firearms.  They are not called a weapon unless you were attacked by it.

Second - have you ever heard of a 5 gun license, or a 20 gun license?  Nope.  They do not exist.  You can buy as many as you like.  However, you can only personally sell 5 firearms per year - that is part of the 1968 GCA.

you should be fine.. i live in west virginia and there is no limit to how many assault rifles i can own, as long as they're not fully automatic.

if you have a class 3 FFL then you are permitted to own a fully automatic rifle, or one with select-fire.

i own one AR-15, two SKS, a Mini-14 converted AR style, and two Bushmaster AR-22's and nobody has been knocking on my door to see my paperwork.

if anyone gives you any S**t about it, just tell them that the only paperwork you need is the second amendment to the united states constitution.
