Actually THAT IS NOT A QUESTION and it is also WRONG... The power is out because THE POWER GRID WAS TURNED OFF ABOUT 6:30am, so there is no power all across Southern Louisiana... it was NOT FROM THE WIND.. it was DONE DELIBERATELY by the ELECTRIC COMPANY.
