GUYS I would like your opinion about my man, he is scared of other people HEHEHE SERIOUS?

I am dating this guy. he is 22 and has never managed before. he just got a job as a manager. he knows the business well as he has worked for this place for over 3 years. A man came in and assaulted him. The man that assaulted him has 1 close friend working there and his brother. The close friend has their significant other call in if he is not happy, like he said no more loans against the company. AKA stealing. The significant called to threaten my man.

My question is this. My man is now scared. WTF??? He is scared to effectively do his job because of these other people. Have any of you men been scared. It is not like the man who assaulted him even hit him. he tried and ripped his shirt & such.

What is every ones opinion? I am pissed he quit his other job and now can't do this job.

LMAO  I would never date a guy that is scared of people.  You are hired to do the job not give in to the people that scare you. If that is how he is then he should have taken a job as regular employee.  That is what management is; they get hired to p**s people off as they make changes. But they don't do it to spite the person, they just DO THEIR JOB.

Borrowing, stealing same thing if you don't pay for the service you take.

He's a manager, not a police officer or a security guard.  He doesn't expect to get assaulted at work.  How would you feel if someone assaulted you whilst you were at work - a little scared maybe? I know I would be, especially if there was a threat of them doing it again.  It's only a job - not worth that much stress.
