You sound like a sweet girl and making the effort to go from shy to outgoing is awesome - not just for meeting guys... but for you as a person.

From the description I'd have to suggest you wear something other thain low-cut shirts. They're cute when you're going out in the evenings but for school a babydoll t is definately more appropriate and it shows that you have enough confidence not to let everything show.

And guys with "sick minds" may seem like fun - but generally they don't make for good boyfriends.
