GUYS PLEASE HELP ME ???????????????????

Question

im tryin to put family guy episodes on my ipod but when i burn them off limewire den try to put them on itunes

they dont come up

im puttin it under music not videos cuz i dont see that anywhere

please help

im a girl and kno NOTHIN about computers so dont say somethin and expect me to understand

the file has to be a quicktime file, NOT a windows media file. after you check that, go to FILE in you itunes browser( the thing to the top left), scroll down to ADD FILE TO LIBRARY. a new window should pop up. right to the left of the words LOOK IN, you will find a scroll box. find desktop in the scroll box(assuming that you put the file on the desktop) and click it. a list of stuff will come up in the window. find the file. click it, then press open. the video should come up in the video section of your itune. and thats how i do it.

they're probably in a differnet video file than your ipod can read. i know it can be tricky but just research how to do it on google and they have walk throughs that can guide you.

It does need to be in a certain format. Once you download the movie drag it into your movie section on itunes. It will probably not be the right format so once it imports to itunes then you can right click on the movie and hit "Convert selection for Ipod. It will take a while but it will convert it into the format you need. Once it is done you will have two movies in your itunes that are the same. Delete the one that is not in mp4 format. Then sync to your ipod.

You can drag and drop movie files onto the "Movies" label in iTunes.

However! The movies need to be the right format for your iPod. So you'll most likely need to convert the files for the iPod. Google for a free converter.

hahah hey its LILWHITE hear to help you lol. its either simply becuase you dont have the right format for itunes to recongize. YOU can waste your time trying to find some program to convert it or

it is as simple as this.

go into limewire>>>

go to search videos>>>>

then type ( type in this exact words) >>> [family guy mp4]

or mp4 vids, mp4 family guy  (any will work good)

NOTE: that mp4 vids are not really as popular as regular ones so it may take you a little bit to find them but they are great quality.

the videos for itunes has to I MEAN  HAS TO BE in .MP4 format to play

well you should be putting it under movies. thats why its not showing up. but why you dont see the movies category is beyond me. are you sure you ipod can play movies?

Well just get it from itunes. It will be fine if you just download like ten. Ten is only 20 bucks. Go to itunes, buy them, and you are good to go.

find it in my computer. then play it in media player. if it doesn't work then you need to download a program that can play it. or just find it in my computer and copy paste it into your i pod. i don't think i pods can do that though. that's why they suck.
