I'm not a guy- but my boyfriend LOVES when I wear eyeliner, but very discreetly, like eyeliner with a natural shadow color, not like teal or purple. but like light pink hues and browns.

every guy's likes/dislikes are different, but i like just a little of make up.

the eye liner can be there just to make the eyes stand out more, and eye shadow to make the eye color stand out. maybe that's not what they are actually used for (i wouldn't know, i'm a guy :S) but that's the way i like them, and for me less is more.

If applied properly, eyeliner makes a girl look better.  Makeup should only be used to enhance your natural looks.  Using bright, gaudy colors makes you look like a clown.

Yes, Eyeliner is hot, in my opinion its a must. As for eye shadow, stick with neutrals. No Im ot g*y, I admire the beauty of women.
