um, it's hot when a girl does something she enjoys because she actually enjoys it and isn't just doing it because its hot to the opposite s*x.

skiing, if they're good at skiing.  If they suck then not really (but it can be fun to help them out if ya know what i mean)

but if they wear those stupid tight old-people ski clothes then no thats not hot.

Both are hot, but because I snowboard I find snowboarders hotter!  There are lots of hot ski-girls out there too, but there is something about a snowboarder...  hard to put into words.
