  1. omg i just bought 2 flat irons last night the gvp and the chi ................i tested them out and the chi fried my hair and it wasn't even straight, then i tried the gvp and it left my hair so soft and silky i love it.... all my freinds are asking to use it definetly buy the gvp its better than the chi and at half the price :)

  2. I got a GVP and it SUCKS! My hair does not stay straight, still has frizz and it pulls my hair as it straightens.  Waste of money.

  3. Definetly get the GVP straightner. I just got mine a couple of days ago and  I am still loving it.

  4. I have had my GVP for about 6 years and it still works great! Heats up in about a min and gets really hot. I use it everyday and my hair looks shiny and healthy. Dont waste your money on a CHI get the GVP.

  5. gvp is better beacuse you can change the tempiture on it, and becuase its cheaper. The chi is expensive and doesnt work as well. Defitnaly the Gvp.

  6. i just bought the GVP and so far I think it works well

  7. I've used both a couple CHI's and two GVP's. The only difference between the two that I can tell is that the CHI is just WAYYYYY more money! Definitely get the GVP. It's totally worth it and the price is so much better!

  8. I just purchased a GVP last night and its comparable to the CHI. & you save in price! hey.. theyre both intended to work the same way. I would definitely go with the GVP!! :)

  9. i dont know either. im asking the same question myselff.
