Gable Gulp availed another chance, not only to win the purse but achieve another consecutive victory
Gable Oscar’s daughter, Gable Gulp, out of RJ’s Detroit, has earned her fourth consecutive victory in the Grade AA 3/8 races. The event took place at the Wheeling Stadium, among eight warrior hounds, but only one of them was the purse winner for the Wheeling
Downs Ht A9 on 14 September.
The white and brindle b***h was confirmed to start her chase from trap 1. As the trap opened, she stretched her strong legs and jumped out of her box in craving the handsome amount of purse.
With superb pace, the two-year-old rushed through her contenders and with immense hard work, she gave a hit in 37.67 seconds.
The hound who managed to finish second by covering the 620 meters distance was First Dude.
The black dog, railing through trap 4, carrying 28.50 kilograms, got caught in the stretch and managed to cover the required distance in 37.91 seconds.
TP Blaster who was following First Dude, got whitewashed and finished third in the race. The red and white b***h was decided to start her chase from trap 5, and so she did.
Weighing 28.50 kilograms, the young hound managed to cover half of the distance, but later on she had to face numerous problems during the race.
The daughter of Jimbo Scotty tried really hard, but she could not compete with her contenders, and finished the race in 37.92 seconds.
Out of KB’s Sand Storm from Trent Lee, Dine N Dash got hold of the wire in 38.15 seconds, managing to finish fourth in the race.
The two-year-old had a very lazy chase from trap 7, due to which he could hardly finish up with a respectable position.
Super C Astra, a red and brindle dog, who went through the same situation as Dine N Dash, took approximately 10 seconds more than Dine N Dash to reach the wire.
The trap 2 racer, Super C Astra, raced till the end, carrying 38.26 kilograms of weight.
The sixth position holder was U Too Colie, a black b***h, also half sister to Dine N Dash. Railing through trap 3, the two-year-old crossed the wire in 38.44 seconds.
The last two positions, seventh and eighth, were scored by TK Black Mamba and Braska Native, respectively.
The two dogs were 4 seconds apart in their crossing time. Both faced great difficulty in escaping and getting through, but tragically they did not succeed.
Weighing 29.25 kilograms, Gable Gulp was the only b***h, who courageously made herself as the first one to get hold of the wire, defeating the seven contenders that included b*****s and dogs, both.
