The above Answerer has the complete WRONG idea. Basically in a Gadget Oppression deck you want to prevent your Opponent from Special Summoning at all with cards like Royal Oppression and Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo. Right now you have Jowgen which is a fine alternative. Of course the second purpose of any Gadget deck is to retain field advantage by means of destroying your Opponent's monsters while you always have Gadgets flowing to your hand. Cards like Fissure and Smashing Ground are examples of destruction cards necessary for a Gadget Deck. Here is a standard deck list for a Gadget Oppression Deck.

As you can see there are many monster Destruction cards. Solemn Judgments are there for complete protection from monster, trap, and spell threats. This deck also has another name - Anti Meta deck. To complete this theme you have Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer and Banisher of the Radiance to disrupt your Opponent's actions from the Graveyard. This is a real Gadget Oppression Deck, good luck.
