I'm 22, female, 5'2" and about 105 lbs. I need to gain about five pounds within about a week and a half. Any healthy suggestions? I read a few answers saying brewer's yeast but am slightly worried about yeast infections from adding even more yeast to my system. I have a relatively fast metabolism so it's hard for me to gain. I have to hit the 110 mark before the 12th.
Any suggestions are very welcome (other than telling me to eat junk and fast food etc) Also, its hard for me to just plain eat more, so more specific direction would be appreciated!
