Question:

Gain 5 pounds in a week and a half?

I'm 22, female, 5'2" and about 105 lbs. I need to gain about five pounds within about a week and a half. Any healthy suggestions? I read a few answers saying brewer's yeast but am slightly worried about yeast infections from adding even more yeast to my system. I have a relatively fast metabolism so it's hard for me to gain. I have to hit the 110 mark before the 12th.

Any suggestions are very welcome (other than telling me to eat junk and fast food etc) Also, its hard for me to just plain eat more, so more specific direction would be appreciated!

  1. well eat as much mcdonald big mac as much as you can XD and eat late dont do anything that makes you move  


  2. alright, drink a coke a day for five days, sit around all day, and eat chips or anything junky

  4. eat a ton and protein helps.

  5. Eat lot's of bananas and peanut butter, and drink as much soda as you want! Honest that will do it! Good luck you lucky stiff!

  6. eat potatos, rice, pasta..anything with a lot of starch in it :)..or oreos would also work......

  7. umm... i would just say eat and sleep! thats how sumo wrestlers do it :)

  8. what to do is eat fatty meat like ribs and steak and fatty foods and mcdonalds and tgi fridays and become a couch potato, thats how i did it!

  9. Eat a lot of carbohydrates, breads, pastas, etc. Have sugar and sodas, and eat later at night because whatever you eat should be processed slower and therefore stay in your system longer and that should help too. :)

  11. i dunno. im just here to ask WHY you wanna put weight on! Personally i think its great, im just asking coz most girls are obsessed with losing weight...
