  1. depends on wat you do you will lose weight but youll gain muscle out of it so it will kinda even itself out

  2. Your goals are inconsistent.  You don't box to pile on muscle mass, and you don't pile on muscle mass to box.  Boxers need lean, useful muscles, similar to swimmers, and must be in top shape.  There is good conditioning in boxing, but if that's your only goal, you can probably find other, more effective ways to do it.  Bodybuilders do not succeed in boxing.  So where are you headed, the ring or the beach?  You've got to pick one.

  3. you'll probably lose weight and get quicker/leaner

  4. ok but there needs to be a balance. you don't want to gain to much bulk b/c you want to be able to stay lean and quick. speed. unless you are naturally giant which from your question I' m guessing your not then your best ally will be speed.

  5. Well if you are trying to become a boxing then its not good to gain weight because its all about speed but if ur just trying to gain bulk then just take the classes but its good to have protein shakes or "Muscle Milk" works really well to get u bulk and strong
