  1. who the h**l eats granola bars to gain muscle? any way to gain muscle right now you need to gain weight eat healthy foods like peanut butter which is high in protein drink more milk and eat veggies and fruits. Now if you really want to gain weight and get stronger take weight protein and creatine. Work you core do lots of sit ups and pushups sometimes pushups just don't cut it so try to do weights do heavy sets with low reps to get strenght and power and continue doing pushups for speed do jump squats pull ups and run some hills those two will make you explosive and always drink water even if you don't want to take whey protein shakes 20 min before a workout along with creatine try to take the creatine with apple juice or something with a lot of sugar never with any thing citric. and change ur workout a lot try to not make a routine do different workouts every other day to confuse ur body and make it work harder try working out with a partner for motivation and limit ur running time to 20 or 30 minutes a day

  2. definitely get a rope, its an integral part of boxing, get some instructional video's so you dont injure yourself punching the bag the wrong way and to make sure you wrapping your hands correctly, in the morning, eat a few granola bars, some fruit, and a glass of milk to get your metabolism going, and then go out for a jog, when you get back, take a nap before school, for lunch, eat baked chicken, green lettuce without any dressing, and fruit, as well as more milk, (you should be drinking water continually throughout the day) when you get off of school, train, hit the bag, pads, whatever you bought, make sure to play it safe, you dont want to break your hand or wrist, and for dinner, a bowl of rice, vegetables, and a bowl of miso soup,   (its an Asian soybean soup you can get from the grocery store, excellent source of protein for fighters), if you get a craving for sweets, eat a spoonful of honey, that should take care of it. run 2 or 3 miles every mon, wedns, and fri, and do some sprints tues and thurs, and only train mon, wedns and fri, dont want to over train, combat sports are tough, good luck

  3. okay so i think you wann get bigger right? start off by doing a lot of push up and sit ups( until muscle failure) and do three sets of these every other day. on the days your not doing push ups and situps do squats and lunges( until failure). at least three sets of all exercises. Your young so dont expect to get very big until your done with puberty, you can still get stronger until then and you will aslso gain muscle weight.Dont forget to run 3-5 days a week. When you get more advanced start doing pull ups and explosion drills for power(pushup then immediatly squat and jump to the sky). Eat a lot of carbs and protein(wheat pasta, rice, bread, and chicken ,salmon, eggs, milk)dont take supplements.good luck
