Question:

Gained 2 lbs overnight and need to get rid of it!?

I had Chinese food last night. I woke up this morning and went from 192.5 to 194.5...I think I am bloated but need to get rid of it by wednesday when school starts for me. Any ideas...I cant afford any water pills.

  1. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

  2. get the healthiest food you can find.

    veggies, fruit, fish, chicken b*****s, anything with low fat and calories

    DRINK WATER

    and do some cardio (running/jogging/swimming) for AT LEAST half an hour

    eat 5 meals a day to keep your metabolism going, so that fat will be easier to burn.

  3. today just eat lots of fruits, vegetables, work out, this will make you sweat ,then drink lots of water and tea, all these things will debloat you fast. good luck

  4. Body mass index should be 20 for female & 25 for male maximum

    BMI= Weight in kilogram/ (Height in Meter)2

    Suppose weight is 100 KG & Height is 2 Meter than BMI=100/(2) 2 =25

    This is acceptable for male but for femal has to reduce weight up to 80 KGS

    How to remain fit & healthy?

    Morning before taking any thing drink warm water 4-6 glass as per body requirement.

    Keep your stomach half filled

    Keep your weigh as per you height

    Maintain hemoglobin level as your doctor says

    Do exercise or walking 30-60 minutes

    Do yoga ,Pranayam in place of exercise if possible


  5. In all honesty weight fluctuates on a regular basis for most people. 2 lbs isn't really a big deal. Probably not even enough to make your jeans fit tighter. If you feel bloated make sure you drink a ton of water, limit your sodium intake and exercise.

    Also if you are looking to lose 2 lbs try pooping.

  6. Most likely you're constipated ! If you are gaining weight like that over night, your system needs a major cleansing ! GOOGLE ..."THE MASTER CLEANSE"  by: Stanley Burroughs. It's a fasting, internal cleanse that works fairly well . I've used it several times, and I can always drop between 3-6 lbs the first 6-8 days (more the longer you're on the program). The only problem is that you have to follow the program to the letter, as well as not eat solid food, or in dosent work. Check it out....it may work wonders for you
