I've did alot of research, and from what i've found, Optimum Nutritions Pro complex gainer, and Muscletech's Creakic and/or Cell mass creatine formulas meet up to the standards of good supplements...could i mix the creatine in with the gainer, and drink it all together..or should i use one for post and one for pre workout?..i would'nt think it'd make a difference..any suggestions?
