I had not worked out in several months. I ate ate and ate, I ate a lot food between that time. My appetite increased ten-fold, however, when I stepped on the scale I did not gain any weight, was it the scale I used? THIS IS WHY I AM SKEPTICAL: WHEN I DO PUSHUPS, I FEEL LIKE IT IS VERY HARD TO DO TEN!
