  1. Alcohol has alot of calories (but no nutrients). Use this calculator to see how many calories you consumed:

  2. alcohol doesn't have have major contribution to weight gain. Yes it has empty calories but other than that nothing to worry about.

    Don't be anorexic?

  3. You're an idiot. Don't drink at 16. You're going to fry your brain.

  4. FIRST OFF, WHAT ARE YOU DOING DRINKING AT 16!!???  Let me be one of many to tell you that your an IDIOT!

    Now, for your question:

Yes, you WILL gain weight, unless you are very active, because beer has 300 calories per can and if you drink light beer, its about 100 calories per can.  All of these are 'empty calories', and do nothing for your body but put on weight.

Suma wrestlers drink a 6 pack of beer before they go to bed, so that they CAN gain massive amounts of weight, (to help them in thier 'sport').

IF you are very active, play a lot of basket ball and run and do a lot of physical stuff, you may keep some weight off, but, remember, as you get older, your body tends to slow down and you WILL gain weight!  ONCE ITS ON, ITS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE OFF!

Now, lets address the health issues!

Drinking at an early age can lead to alcoholism, liver damage, enlarged heart, heart disease, arterial disease, cholesteral forming and a whole host of other things!

Sure, it maybe 'cool' to do shots with friends, and drink with your buddies, but, they are no friends of yours as they are wrecking themselves and are taking you down with them!

If your smart, (and I sure HOPE you wise up), you will stop this nonesense, or if not, then I hope you get picked up by the Police so that you can learn at an early age what your going to be in for, when you land up in jail for doing stupid things, or get someone hurt eventually for driving drunk..(and dont tell me you wont, because I can guarantee you that if you continue to drink ...YOU WILL DRIVE DRUNK some day!).

May the LORD be with you...(and those you hurt)

    I wish you well...

    Jesse
