Gaining weight help??????

alright so i workout and jog almost everyday. Right now im kinda skinny but defined muscles. My goal is to put on weight so muscles have something to grow on. Now my problem is i have fast metabolism, so its hard for me to put on weight. Now i was wondering if someone can give me tips of how to put on weight or something like that?

  1. I lift as well and have the same problem... you basically need to eat lots and lots and lots. (5000 calories a day) also if you really want to gain weight and your serious about it, drink heavy cream. A single carton is about 1000 calories and 100 grams of fat.

    Also lift significantly more than you run. (lift 3-4times a week) and jog at the most 2 times a week.

Hi, I do not know a lot about this question, But... last year my friend needed to put on weight for wrestling and he did so by eating things that were high in protein rather than high in carbohydrates. Bean products like soy beans are high in protein, also many meats are high in protein, if you are not a vegetarian. Well, I hope that this can help you in your quest for the pounds. Happy returns.
