Ive been losing like a half pound everyday for the past couple of weeks and now it seems like in the past 2 days my weight hasn't gone down....maybe its because in PE we did weight training today and that increases your muscle mass temporarily???Is it goin take more time now to lose weight or does weight training increase your muscle mass by a pound or 2 temporarily?5'6 weighed 230 now 210 17 y/o
