Galacia or Galicia? (SPAIN)?

I'm researching this Spanish pirate (Benito de Soto), and my source says he was born in Galacia, Spain. But My computer says it's spelled wrong, and the internet says its Galicia... Which one?

It's spelled GALICIA.

Your computer doesn't recognize this spelling because it's not part of the English language library you have installed. I get that all the time too.
