In one part of the song it goes:

"The blue the balck the orange and green the emblem of our nation." Is that refering to the flag? if so where is the black coming from?

The song is about horse-racing, right? I'd say it's got to do with the colours the jockeys are wearing.

Its about the many different gaudy colours the jockeys wear while riding the horses at the races......good song though!
