Gale Force Ten to stick by the expectations of the connections in the TNT July Stakes (Colts And Geldings)
The Aidan O’Brien entry for the Group 2 TNT July Stakes (Colts And Geldings) is the two-year-old bay colt, Gale Force Ten. He is backed by 3 to 1 odds on the line-up of nine two-year-old runners who will race over six furlongs on Thursday, 12th July at Newmarket.

The two-year-old bay colt ended as the runner-up in the Group 2 Norfolk Stakes on 21st June, 2012 at the Ascot. The race was won by, Reckless Abandon, who held the reeling in rival, Gale Force Ten, at bay by ¾ of a length.
During the initial stages of the race, the two-year-old raced with the cluster but, with the last two furlongs to go, Joseph O’Brien steered the mount and led the lot.
The duo led very briefly inside the final furlong but, were the first to finish after the winner in a field of six.
The Aidan O’Brien trained has raced over six furlongs before, but today will be the first time that he will ride with jockey, Ryan Moore and the two will get to enjoy the advantage of racing out from the first stall.
