A.C Milan Vice-President, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Antonio-Cassano-c6302 are fine at the club and have no issues at all.
Both strikers raised concerns over their long term futures by admitting that they will retire from the game in few years. First, Ibrahimovic revealed on his 30th birthday that he is not enjoying his game anymore and
will hang up his boots in the three years. On the other hand, after scoring a brace in Italy’s 3-0 win, Cassano revealed that he has maximum of three years left in his Azzurri career.
Galliani revealed that he doesn’t know why are the players giving such statements but he had talks with both of them recently and they have no issues at all. He added that Ibrahimovic is eagerly looking forward to the season with
Milan and his hunger to perform is still the same as it was at the time of joining the Italian Champions.
Galliani said, “I don’t know what’s happening to Ibrahimovic and Cassano. I’m not a psychologist. However, I talk to the players and everything is going very well. There is nothing to be worried about. Ibrahimovic was desperate
to come back to us after international duty, despite what some people were suggesting.”
The chief admitted to a slow start to the season and believes that they had mentally prepared themselves for it. The 67-year-old blamed the early Italian Super Cup tie for the poor form so far but he is confident that the fans
will see a different team after the international break.
“We knew that we would have some complications,” he added. “The early date for the Super Cup Final [August 6] caused us some problems.”
Galliani revealed some good news on the injury front and confirmed that striker, Alexandre Pato, will feature in the next game.
“http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alexandre-Pato-c4901? He’s doing better, but he won’t be ready for Saturday. However, he’s on the mend.”
Milan will host Palermo in their next league game at the San Siro on Saturday, October 15th, 2011.
