i am currently doing a cleansing for the first time to hopefully pass some gall stones. it says for 2 whole days drink apple cider every hour starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. on the second day drink a mixture of olive oil and fresh lemon juice at 9, 9:30, and 10 pm.

my problem is i am so hungry... i have a headache and no energy to do anything. mostly it is this headache that is turning into a migraine. has any one tried this but did it for only one day and it still worked?

  1. Pay attention !!! You are to be Useing fresh ORGANIC APPLES juiced in a juicer! NOT cider or apple cider vinegar. Also there are different protocols and to my knowledge your not doing it correctly. Google MKP.

  2. Another wacky Naturopathic diet that does absolutely nothing.  You are wasting your time.

There is no evidence at all that apple cider, or apple cider vinegar magically dissolves gallstones.  If it worked, I would advise my patients to do it , and the surgeon would get fewer referals from me.

Apple cider is basically water and sugar.  You are getting headaches from the blood sugar crash that occurs an hour or so after you drink it.

  3. the cider wll not help the stone problem.

apple juice (natural, not reconstituted...read the label) for 4 days

    fast for one day'

mix 1/2 cup virgin olive oil with 1/2 cup classic coca cola (room temp), drink it dowm...lie on your right side for 45 minutes...then go about normal activities....malic acid in apple juice will soften stones, olive oil will expell from bladder. if stones are really large they can get lodged in duct and can be painful

  4. Ha ha!  You're not supposed to drink apple cider, you're supposed to drink apple cider vinegar!  LOL
