  1. Easy... follow the psalm of our lady of Las Vegas "quitteth while thou art ahead".    Just walk away and decide that you won't gamble on anything,  that means not bet on anything for a period of time... a  good time would be a year,  better 2 years.   If you find that you can't keep that bargain with yourself, then you have a serious problem and should find professional help, or join gamblers annonymous.    If you can, then you'll be among the elite who have actually been able to quit with money in their pocket and with their lives not in ruins.  good luck.

  2. Err I think you should follow some of my bets of the day:

    1) Inter Milan to win tomorrow (-1 goal) price should be greater than around 3/1.

    2) Staying with soccer Irish side Cork City are playing league leaders Bohemians. My 2nd bet of the day is to back them with a "Draw No Bet" as I can't see them losing. Price should be around 4/5

    3) And finally Liverpool to beat Lazio tomorrow also -1 goal. Price should be close to evens.

Actually yeah you should prob just keep the £140 altogether cos if you keep on gambling it'll all end back in the bookies hand!!!

  3. Take the money and run. As soon as I have hit a certain threshold in profit(say a 100 pounds in your case) from my local casino,I just leave the joint. That way either I have money enough to spend on other things or use that money to go gambling again. I live in the states. The more money U wager, the more likely U'll win something.

    Good Luck!

  4. Well it's one thing to say stop while you're ahead and another to just stop for a little while and then get back into it.  Contrary to what a lot of people think there's no difference between playing on and stopping for a while and then picking it up again.,  Unless you're planning on giving up casino gambling forever that is.  On the other hand it does make sense to stop for awhile anyway and take the 140 and treat yourself by buying something you'll still have when you go back to the tables and give this back to the casino.
