  1. go seek help

  2. To stop you can just play free no gambiling poker on webipoker.com. Hope this helps!!!

  3. OK... STOP and go over the BASICS

    1. You should have made a budget and STUCK TO IT!

    2. If you win, cash out and LEAVE the premises! Call it a day/night and try again the next day.

    3. If you lose (and you did), NEVER, I mean, NEVER attempt to "win back" your losses! It won't happen. The longer you play, the more you will lose.

    4. The house ALWAYS WINS! Period. It's all mathematically in their favor, never yours.

    5. Don't get drunk and play... anything!

    6. Wear a watch so you'll know when to leave.

    7. Bring a trusted and responsible friend along, that can watch you and tell you "let's go" when it's over.

    8. When you lose your "daily budget" that's it. No more anything. Leave the premises.

    9. You've lost, so now what? Get away from casinos in general ASAP. Stay away for a LONG, LONG while and cool your jets.

    10. You're underage! You have a lot more to lose than you think if you get caught.

FYI- I've lost and seen friends lose vast amounts too. Recovery is hard, losing is even harder. Get away and let it all cool off.

  4. You have to find other activities and do them.  What did you like to do before you started gambling?

700 dollars is nothing.  Be happy that's all you've lost so far.

  5. you'll lose 7000 then 70000 then 700000 eventually if you keep doing what you're doing..........this is how you stop

    1. admit you have a problem, a gambling problem, you have stress in your life, you value money but you don't value it when you are there, you play for the thrill, you keep going back cause you enjoy it

    2. gamble a percentage of what you make, average person spends 3% of income on gambling each year, you are above average it seems, so go gamble 10% of your money at most.....like if you make 10,000 from work, take 1000 to casino........actually if you make 300,000 then take 30,000 to vegas to play WSOP once and 20,000 for the thrill, go with 1000 every time you are making 10,000 while you are doing this so once you hit 300,000 it's time to go big, like your one time in life to shine out and say i'm bringing mad money lol, i doubt you'll ever have 300,000 but work hard, someday you might have it

  6. Do FREE online gambling. There are simple website out there with real people and COMPLETELY fake money, maybe that will feed your need to gamble.

    OR

Find another hobby, a less risky, less expensive hobby.

  7. Sorry to hear that. Contact http://www.gamcare.org.uk/.

They have a live chat and phone support where you can seek help. 700 dollars is a large amount, but some people ruins their lives because of gambling, by loosing their home, family and job.

    Hope that you can stop.
