Game's Network Problem?

Hey there ...

I two days ago i connect my Two PC's Togther Using Caple with 100 Mb Speed ,, i used it to share Internet And play Network Games ,,,, the internet Connection is work very well and i can open internet in the two computers but when i try to play online games i was having a problems ,,, i tried a lot of games like Call Of duty 4 , PES 2008 , Age Of Empires , Crisys and all of them not worked at the network ,, can any one give me any idea about how to play in LAN network or tell me about site the show u how to make a LAN network using cable and play games with it

and i used a diffrent IP and the same subnet mask

Plugging two PCs together with a cross-over cable makes a LAN.  As long as you have TCP/IP configured correctly and the hosts can talk, just "connect to IP" like in BF2.
