You know what I'd love to see first? A cold front move down, so the daytime temps are in the 60s or less, and the ice will be better. Even the Joe's ice sucked tonight. Lots of players were risking injuries or aggravating existing conditions the last two games.

Detroit.  The Pens were absolutely dominated tonight and only had Fluery to go to.  Same thing happened with Dallas and the Wings won the series there instead.  The Penguins are on borrowed time so enjoy it while it lasts.

well, everyone always says wings will win when the penguins win so who really knows now, the red wings might be a little bit more tense now that they lost game 5. Who really knows i have noclue

i'll stick with my game 5 thoughts, 3-1 Red Wings.

Penguins will win game six.  Close game I say 3 to 2 I believe in regulation.  Then the Pens go back to the Joe having tons of momentum on their side.  And then when the pens score first you will hear the roar of the penguin fans.

This could have breathed some life into the Pens, or maybe I mean it gave them a burtst of spirit. They are talented but since this series started it just seemed like they were a little bit starstruck or asleep or they just came home from their weird uncle's house. This game proves that it ain't over til there's dirt on your chest and a fat lady is singing. My personal thought is the Pens are hard to beat on their own pond, so it will be another all out battle, won't be a high scoring game, maybe 2 - 1 or 3 - 2 (if it does it goes to OT). Who will win???? Will I be quoted later? My gut says Detroit, but my American wish for all underdogs to pull themselves up by the bootstraps and push through says, "Go Pens!"  Good luck to both teams.

I'm not a fan of either team so Im not biased here... but I think Detroit is clearly the better team and should win game 6.

Fleury keeps is sh*t together and the Penguins pull it out.

It'll go to a game 7, but I'm certain the Wings will take the cup.  They simply outclass the Penguins in every way, despite how much hart the Penguins have.

First I have no real rooting interest, but can as a fan realize the Wings have been sooo much better than the Pens at times in this series its silly; they seem to be pretty even in 2 of 3 periods but one period every game the Wings just bust out the spanking stick and go to work.

Thats my opinion from watching. The pens caught a flukey "own goal" and to their credit converted on a Wings team trying to just run the clock out. The Wings had 6 premium scoring chances in the first 10 of OT and a bunch before OT. They could just as easily been up by 3 or 4 goals, if not for near misses and Fleury-excellence.

I mean bottom line the wings have been the better team in every game except one where they barely lost. Pens stole game 5.

If they play like they have been they are going to get spanked. If they can kick it into gear they have a chance. 2 games anything can happen.

If I had to bet Red Wings 5-2

Pens will be back next year(s) they will be more hungry and experienced. look out world until those contracts come for those young players they will be a powerhouse!!!!
