Game Informer article on creating games...?

There was an article on creating games on one of the Game Informers, and i can't find it, i remember having it but i lost it,

Would someone please tell me the Issue #?

on the cover it has a circle saying something like this " uncover the secret to making your own game" or something like that.

and is it possible to read it online??
