Game board ideas?

can you guys help me Create a game board idea on How A bill becomes a Law in the U.S. What are some ideas that can help me and others learn how a bill becomes a law.

That is a complicated idea for a board game.  You could make a game like an obstacle course, even somthing similar to Snakes and Ladders, and have questions along the way.  The questions could follow a Trivial Pursuit sort of format.  Or each space on the board could have a question and if the player gets the question correct a roll of the dice decides the number of spaces the player moves.  Or you could have the players just climbing ladders - they can climb higher with each correct answer, and fall back with incorrect answers.  Best of luck with it.

Whatever you do, don't make another 'roll the die and answer a question game... that's been done to death.
