i've heard of this game where you are playing, and if you remember you're playing you lose..but couldnt you lie? anyone heard of it

In your question you've correctly summarized the rules of the Game (and thereby, incidentally, you've caused everyone reading your question to lose).



Sure, a player could lie.  The Game is played principally on the honor system.  This works because it is, AFAIK, never played for cash or other meaningful stakes.

Incidentally, I have a vague feeling that, decades ago, the phrase "The Game" was a reference to charades.  I can't remember where I saw that, however.  These days, the meaning you refer to is far more prominent.

Okay, here's how to play. ( I play it. xD).

If you think of the game you lose the game.

When you loose the game you have to say.

"I lost the game".

So everybody around you can hear it.

If they ask. "What's the game?"

THen you explain it to them and they have to play.

The game shall eventualy spread all around the world. :3
