Game speed on tiberium wars? please help

i really need to know how to speed up gameplay on C&C 3 is there a toggle button or somthing ??

Is this for the PC?

If so, in game mode, press the ESC button and the menu should pop-up. Select options and I think video (at work, so I'm going off of memory). game/scroll rate should be there.

There may also be an Option tab on the main menu, and could access video controls there.
