in every sport i play i am always known as the fast guy, blowing right past people, yet when it comes to test like the 40 yard dash im always getting mediocre times, yesterday i got a 4.8.
From the video that i took of the run you can see me running straight up and i also think that i dont breath at all, its like if im pushing too hard.
I have a month before my walk on tryouts and im pretty sure the only thing holding me back from a 4.5 or low 4.6 is my form, so does anyone that maybe has had this happen too them or knows a little bit about this have any suggestions or tips on how to currect your form and relax during the run?
