Gamermodz mod controller?

Has anyone else bought one of these controllers? If so how long did it last before it crapped out and what did you do about it. How do you find their customer service? I found it to be horrible, it took me 3 days to get ahold of them to return the thing.

OH MAN!  My boyfriend bought one.  It only worked for like 2 days then stopped working.  It was the biggest piece of c**p ever.  We kept calling them and calling them because the website says the number to call if you need help.  Well they never called us back so I sent them an email and they finally answered back after 2 days.  I sent the thing back to them and now we're waiting for the refund.  Their customer service is terrible, they don't want to be bothered it seems.  Why have a phone if you won't answer it or return calls.  We will never buy from them again.
