Games on iPod touch?

ok so i need help. i just got an iPod touch and you have to pay to download games onto it.

i found websites where i can play iPod touch games for free but how i can directly download them onto it?? or do i have to just use safari to go on these websites and play the games that way??

I dont think they are downloads....I think you are just talkin about web apps. All U do is go to the game and press on "add to home screen"
