Ok so this weekend is my friends bday party. the age of all of us is 15-16 years old. we at random so even younger kid games are fine. we dont really want bored games so sumthin creative or what you can make up is great!

well to help you. were goin to go to her farm in indiana and theres corn and some open land whats running distance. and theres the trees and stuff. so its supposed to be warm there so no rain or anything. but i just owuld love to help think off ideas before we go so we wont be there thinking of what to do.

Werewolf

The game is very similar to Mafia.

With a group of about 11-14 there will be:

1 moderator

3 werewolves

1 detective

1 witch

1 wolfman

1 silencer (optional)

1 martyr (optional)

The remaining people are townspeople

The moderator leads the game and keeps track of who’s who.  Everyone follows the moderator’s instructions.  When the moderator says go to sleep, everyone closes their eyes and stops talking.  The moderator will wake up each character in turn so they can make their moves.  The moderator also keeps the story line going and gets creative in the story telling aspect of the game (i.e. instead of just saying “so-and-so died” the moderator says things like “The moon was full and bright last night and so Ted decided to go on a walk.  As he was walking through the park Ted came across a cute kitten and decided to adopt it and take it home, little did he know that the kitten was human bait.  As Ted bent over to pick up the kitten the werewolves pounced on him and mauled him gruesomely.”

The below characters usually want to keep their identity secret.  But it is up to them to tell anyone what roll they play.  However, no one is allowed to show their character card to anyone else.

The werewolves are the bad guys of the group.  They are trying to kill off enough townspeople to equal the number of werewolves that are currently alive.  Once the number of non-werewolves is equal to or is less than the number of living werewolves then the game is over and the werewolves win.  The werewolves work as a team to kill off the townspeople.  When the werewolves wake up, they must all agree to kill one person that night and indicate which person that is to the moderator.

The detective is the hero of the group.  He is able to open his eyes at all times and figure out who’s who.  It is the detective’s job to see the werewolves in action at nighttime when all of the other townspeople are asleep.  However, the detective doesn’t want the werewolves to find out who he/she is because they will try to kill the detective.

The witch is a killer and a healer.  It is the witch’s job to find out who the werewolves are and to try to kill them off.  The witch also has the ability to protect someone instead of kill someone.  At night, when it is the witch’s turn to wake up, the witch indicates to the moderator, who he/she wants to protect or wants to kill.

The wolfman is a normal townsperson until he/she gets killed by werewolves.  In the morning, after the wolfman gets killed, instead of announcing that a townsperson was killed, the moderator says that no one was killed the night before but there is another wolf.  Whoever was the wolfman is now a werewolf and will wake up with the other werewolves from that point forward.  The wolfman ONLY turns into a werewolf if killed by werewolves.  He/she does not become a werewolf if the townspeople kill him.  This character serves as a one time potential bonus for the werewolves to increase their numbers.  The moderator needs to make sure the wolfman realizes he/she is a werewolf now and should play the rest of the game as a werewolf.

Silencer- can silence 1 person each round, the silenced person cannot talk that entire round

Martyr- can sacrifice his/her life for a victim that is killed by the werewolves, when someone is killed by the werewolves the moderator gets the martyr to open his/her eyes to show who the werewolves are trying to kill, the martyr then decides to either save the victim or let the victim die
