I am working with a teen with severe autism. He is 17 and he is not verbal and i am trying to find games to play with him.

Ok, most of the time, people who suffer from autism have atleast 1 specific interest; something they are fascinated with.  Find out what it is and start from there.  If he is severely autistic then you know that interraction will be limited so don't stress yourself out by making a game impossible.  good luck.


  2. he may not want to play with anyone

    but may just enjoy your company while he does something

    be nice to him and understanding of his situation

    be kind and be a friend
