Gamestop return policy?

ok well i got a new game for b day and opened it but did not like it at all. is there a way to return this game for another 60 dollar game or is it just worth 20 bucks now

you can stil return it. well do you ahve the reciept? cause if you do, if its opened you can return within 7 days, if unopened within 30 days. and if its a gift then try to get the reciept from your parents, unless its a friend, youll be lucky to have a gift reciept! otherwise just try going to a gamestop store, im sure they can look it up, like by scanning the game itself.

you cannot return new game once opened. you can only sell it for store credit.
