What is a good price for the super high-end latest features desktop pc? I want the best pc out there and i was wondering if a 7.5k dollar desktop would most likely have the best performance?

I don't know, but whatever you choose make sure it is NOT windows vista. That is horrible for gamers.

well if you want a gaming computer anything above $500 will probably do. I bought a Compaq Laptop for less then my desktop and it has some awesome features.

As long as you have the new NVIDIA Graphics card and at least a dual core processor it should be enough.

The reason being a gaming computer is so expensive is becuase it ment for nothing but gaming and nothing else. Your better off making a all-in-one PC.

No, lol. You can make a good gaming PC for $1500 if you don't buy it as a package. Get the parts you want separately.

Okay 7.5K is way to Much For Any Computer Because in 6 Mounths the same computer will be alot cheaper.

I bought A $500 four years ago and it still is a great gaming computer not top of the line but still works great.

My conclusion is that 7.5K is WAY TO MUCH!

$500 would do you good for quite a few games

$7.5K should get you a great gaming machine--only (monitor, keyboard, gamepad, joystick, etc. will mostly be extra). However, like every computer on the market, it will be outdated within 5 years (or less) as new games are released that need faster computers, bigger memory, etc.

You can get an AMAZING desktop for about $1500 if you build it yourself. There are plenty of video tutorials on Youtube. It really isn't hard to do.

Man for 7.5K dollars, you could build the ultimate PC...For gaming PCs building si a lot cheaper.

It is actually HARD to spend that much ona PC if you build it yourself, it will be for sure top of the line for less than 5k if you build.
