Today I went to the doctors because my wrist was always hurting for a bout a year now and I had a little bump. Well I got X-Rays done and the doctor said it is most likely a Ganglion Cyst. Well he is positive. So I need to get an MRI done in the next few weeks to confirm that it is a Ganglion Cyst.He wants to try Cauterizing it first. But I don't really want to have a bump and my wrist always cracking. But he said if it doesn't work, then I'm going to need surgery done. But I'm only 15 and I'm a little nervous about the thought of surgery. But I'd rather have that done. But I have a few questions.I know what they will do.1. Do I get put to sleep? (Hopefully Yes)2. Will I need stitches? If so, how long will they be in?3. Will the stitches leave a scar?4. Will this be painful? Please tell me all I should expect if you had it done or know about this stuff.
