Ganglion cyst aspiration? ?

ok I had one decompressed last week and I am still having alot of pain in my wrist. Is there anything that I can do at home until I can see the doc again?

I would call the doctors office and see if they will call in a perscription for a pain killer or ask the nurse what would be better ice or heat.
