Gap year around the world...work then travel or work while travelling???

if you can save enough to see you through the year without working that would be great, but it may be more realistic to save some money as back up and work when it suits you. working will also give you chance to meet more people and get a deeper feel for the places and people.

i would work and then travel.  you never know if you would be able to find a job while traveling, and the amount of time it could take to actually find the job could take away from travel time, but if you bust your *** for like 2 months, then you can take a two week vacation anywhere you want, then come back  and bust your *** for another 2 months and keep doing that all year
