GarageBand/iWeb/iTunes Podcasting?

I'm using MobileMe/.Mac to host a website through iWeb, and I'm trying to find out what a Feed URL is, and how I can find it so I can submit my audio podcast to iTunes. This should be an easy question for anyone with a podcast or experience with one.

You need to capture your XML code.  That's the URL of your feed. (URL means web address, for anyone reading this who doesn't know)

Right-click on your "subscribe" button. Not the picture, just the word "subscribe". After you right-click, choose "copy link location".

This is the code you submit to itunes to get yourself listed. I tested it and was able to import your podcast into my itunes using that code. Go to the itunes store, click on "submit a podcast", and paste the code there.

I don't know how iweb works, but you need to upload all episodes to the same web address in order for the code to stay valid.
