Manchester City’s midfielder, Javi Garcia has gone on to claim that City have proven that they can chase down league leaders Manchester United, despite the Red Devils having a lead on City at this point in the season.
City looked to be in breathtaking form in their previous outing, as the team went on to beat Newcastle United by a score line of three goals to one.
The match saw City take a very early two goals to nil lead, with it seemingly being impossible for Newcastle to get back in the game.
Garcia scored City’s second goal in the game, and looked to be in brilliant form himself during the course of the game.
However, the player is confident that his side have what it takes to go on and retain their title of being Champions of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749.
"If we maintain those standards I think we can chase down Manchester United," he told reporters. "I don't know if it's the best half we have played, but we definitely played very well.”

"If we play as well as that then we are going to be very difficult to stop. If we continue to have that attitude, we will be very hard to beat.”

"The good thing about the Premier League is that anyone can pull off a surprise and there are other teams who can push up the league and challenge for the title. But if we finish above United, I think we will win the league."
This win for the Blue side of Manchester came right after they lost to Manchester United by three goals to two.
Going into the game, not many were sure about just how the team might perform, given the fact that they had just suffered a loss to their closest rivals in the prior week.
Nonetheless, with City proving that they have just what it takes to bounce back when needed and maintain their focus, they seem to be the real deal this time around.
It is now going to be an interesting race between both the Manchester clubs until the end of the season to see just who ends up coming out on top.
