Question:

Gardening around the Dead Sea.?

A few years ago, I watched a documentary that included a brief discussion with a guy growing cabbages in a garden near the shores of the Dead Sea. The cabbages were growing vigorously despite the poor soil because the higher air pressure so far below sea level made carbon dioxide more available to the plants, effectively fertilizing them.

If you've seen this documentary and can remember it, please tell me what it was called. If not, then I would still appreciate knowing where to look or information to back up this story.
