  1. For trains in France, specially when it gets hard, I always try:

It is in French, but it will give a list of stations on its second page if you enter a wrong one.

Non of the places in the listing looks like Sousson, so I checked it on Google maps.

The only Sousson it found is Ruisseau Le Sousson in the south of France, near Toulouse.

It also does not seem to have a station, so I would guess you would go to Toulouse and use a bus or taxi from there, (but check distances before booking anything.)

The trains for the south of France depart from Paris Montparnasse or Paris Austerlitz, bot are a metro ride, with likely a change, from Paris Gare du Nord.

If you travel from England or Belgium/ the Netherlands, best check your travel schedule from the first place you are in France, (like Lille,) as often you can change trains in Lille or even in Brussels and do not have to take a metro through Paris.

You can also use the German travel planner, in English, as it can find train connections all over Europe, and it is pretty good at finding long distance connections.

A good way to find out how to travel the last few miles is contacting the local tourist information, either in the town you want to go, or in the nearest big town.
