Garland or Greg Smith?

Looking for a back of the rotation guy. I currently have Wellemeyer. I was thinking of dropping him for either Garland or Greg Smith. This is a 10 team head-to-head league. Would you pick up either in place of Wellemeyer?

I think you should drop him for Greg Smith. Garland has a low ERA and a moderate WHIP, but won't strikeout anyone at all and can be inconsistent. Greg Smith is pretty consistent and has a very low ERA and WHIP. He will benefit more stats than Garland and Wellemeyer.
