He turned in a 3.47 ERA and 1.32 WHIP over 200 frames for the Padres in 2010 with 136 strikeouts against 87 walks. Those numbers might have been helped by the pitching-friendly confines of Petco Park, but he's still an effective innings eater and should do well at the back of the Dodgers' rotation.
